Give Me A Sign by Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros

I can't begin to tell you how much I like this band. Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros pretty much cover all the bases for me. They've got two albums out already, and one more in the works, due out this summer. They're an 11-piece folk band, led by Alex Ebert, based in California. Their first album, Up From Below, was probably their more pop friendly album, led by the impossible not to love "Home." They followed that with the more slowed-down sound of their second album, Here (exemplified by "Mayla." After the jump, there is a new Edward Sharpe song, "Give Me a Sign," which appears to be just a random new song, and not a single from their new album. Still, it's solid. Listen after the jump.
You wouldn't want to miss out on any of that trademark Edward Sharpe whistling right off the bat. I also included a couple other songs from Edward Sharpe that perhaps get overlooked, that I think you all might enjoy. My honest recommendation, with this band perhaps more than any other we have featured on here, is to go out and listen to their entire discography. It's on spotify in full, and several more songs are on Soundcloud. If you like these next songs, you will probably like all of their music. Enjoy.

A little foot stomper for ya. This one is quickly moving up as my favorite Edward Sharpe song. Give it a little time and you'll get it.

You will almost certainly recognize this from a commercial, though I can't seem to think of which one it is from.

And last, but certainly not least, we have "Man On Fire."
